nrz is an REIT. Analysts are forecasting a bust in the real estate market next, however i expect refinancing to be a new revenue source with fed rate cuts. I am buying 100 shares as entry and will increase my postion by ten on every dip or TA support line and simply wait for a short term recovery to about 10-15 dollars since the stock remained steady at around the 18 dollar range prior to recent economic turmoil.
